Service Description

Extended Care Policy Extended care applies when a dog is picked up after the completed 24-hour boarding period. A 2-hour grace period may be provided based on scheduling availability. Pickups extending beyond the boarding timeframe from 2–8 additional hours will incur a flat $30 extended care fee. This fee covers continued supervision, care, potty breaks, and accommodations during the extended stay.
