Terms & Conditions:

Our goal is to provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment for every pet in our care. Please review the following policies before booking.

Booking & Payment

• Reservations are confirmed once payment or a deposit is received.

• Payment is due at the beginning of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Holiday bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.

Vaccination Requirements

For the safety of all pets, dogs must be current on:

• Rabies

• DHPP (Distemper/Parvo)

• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

Proof of vaccinations may be required before your pet's stay.

Health & Safety

• Pets must be free of contagious illnesses, fleas, and ticks before arrival.

• Owners must disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or behavioral concerns.

• Aggressive dogs or dogs with a history of biting may not be accepted.

Boarding

• Standard boarding rate: $40 per 24 hours for potty-trained dogs.

• Puppies under 1 year old that are not yet potty trained: $45 per 24 hours.

• Owners should provide enough food for the entire stay along with feeding instructions.

• Favorite blankets, beds, or toys are welcome if clearly labeled.

Doggy Daycare

• Dogs must be friendly with people and other dogs unless otherwise discussed.

• All dogs receive supervised play, potty breaks, fresh water, and rest periods.

Drop-In Visits

Drop-in visits may include:

• Feeding and fresh water

• Potty breaks

• Walks or backyard exercise

• Playtime and companionship

• Medication administration (if previously discussed)

House Sitting

While staying in your home, we will:

• Follow your pet's normal routine

• Feed, exercise, and provide companionship

• Keep your home tidy

• Bring in mail or packages if requested

• Water plants or perform small household tasks upon request

Emergency Care

If your pet becomes ill or injured, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, you authorize Angel's Trusted Paws to seek veterinary care for your pet. The owner is responsible for all veterinary expenses.

Cancellations

• Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations.

• Holiday reservations may have different cancellation terms.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Please arrive during your scheduled appointment time. Late pick-ups may incur additional boarding fees.

Owner Agreement

By booking services with Angel's Trusted Paws, you confirm that your pet is healthy, current on required vaccinations, and that all information you provide is accurate. You acknowledge that while every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure your pet's safety and well-being, caring for animals involves inherent risks. Angel's Trusted Paws is not responsible for illness, injury, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Holiday Pricing

Holiday periods are in high demand. A holiday rate may apply to services booked during major holidays and holiday weekends. Holiday pricing will be communicated at the time of booking.

Meet & Greet

Meet-and-greets are available by client request before booking. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your pet's routine and needs, and ensure we're a great fit for you and your pet.

Medication Administration

We are happy to administer most oral and topical medications according to your written instructions at no additional charge. Please provide medications in their original containers with clear dosing instructions. Injectable medications or pets with complex medical needs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Owners must disclose all medical conditions and medications before booking.
